- Organization: Ruby Central
- Role: President of the Board of Directors
- When: 2026 to present
- Focus: Sponsor support, governance, and funding
- With: Fellow board members and the people who sustain the organization

## The situation

Ruby Central supports the infrastructure and community that Ruby developers depend on every day. When I became President of the Board in January 2026, the organization was in a period of financial distress.

## What I did

As President, I helped rebuild sponsor support and reshape governance and funding, working with fellow board members and the people who sustain the organization.
